Do you have a showroom?

We are currently in the process of opening a showroom. We will have a selection of kitchens, bedroom furniture & bathroom products on display. The showroom will be located in Bolton. We will also be opening a showroom in the Birmingham, London & Scotland in the near future.

Do you offer a home plan & design service?

Yes, we currently do offer a free plan and design service. For more information or to book a free home survey,  call our customer service team on 01614080876.

Do you offer a guarantee on your kitchens?

We offer a 10 year guarantee on doors and cabinets.

Do all the doors and drawers have soft-closing hinges and runners?

You can order soft-close hinges and draw runners with your kitchen designer.

When I order a kitchen, will it arrive flat-packed?

You can discuss how you want your kitchen to be delivered with your kitchen designer. You will
be given the option of having your kitchen delivered flat pack or rigid built.

How much will I be charged for delivery?

How quickly will you be able to deliver my new kitchen?

We will offer you a delivery time within 1 - 2 weeks of you placing your order.

How thick are the kitchen units you supply?

All the units we supply are made from 18mm thick MFC.

Do you sell integrated and/or free standing appliances?

Yes, we have a wide selection of both. Look in our appliances section to see our full range.

How thick are the worktops which you sell?

The standard thickness of our kitchen worktops are 40mm, unless you order the Artis Bohemian Worktop range which are 50mm thickness.

What happens if one of my appliances stops working?

We only sell branded kitchen appliances which all come with at least a 12 month manufacturer guarantee. If for any reason you do experience a problem then contact the manufacturer directly. Alternatively you can contact us for help resolving the problem.

How will my kitchen arrive?

Your kitchen will be delivered to your specified delivery address by our delivery team. They will unload and go through the checklist with you to make sure everything is delivered correctly and check for damages during transportation.

Can you cut the worktop to size?

No, unfortunately we can only supply worktops in full lengths. The worktops are best being cut to size during fitting..
